There is no difference in what you get: both plans give access to all workouts, the nutrition part, the mindfulness sessions and the WhatsApp coach. No extra packages, no separate modules to buy on top. Prices include tax. You get 7 days free to look around first. The App Store and Google Play show the exact amount before you pay, so you always know what will be charged. Payment runs through your App Store or Google Play account, we never see your card details. You cancel in the same place, in two taps, with no form and no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Bring your phone. Pick a workout you feel like, do a mindfulness session or just log your meals. A fifteen-minute Light version fits in almost any hotel room or spare bedroom, and for the camera you only need enough space to take a step. And if you would rather do nothing? That is fine too. No punishment, no catch-up plan, no streak to lose. That is a deliberate choice: research into habit formation shows one missed day breaks nothing, and that it is the guilt afterwards that makes people quit. If it stays quiet longer, you get a message after two to seven days. If you do not want those while you are away, flip the pause button in settings. Come back when you have the space again. Today already counts.

Your data is used to improve your experience in the app: your workouts and level, what you log for nutrition, and your conversations with the coach. It is not sold to third parties. Storage sits with our AI provider (for the coach) and with Supabase, our database provider. Retention periods apply, and you have the right to see your data and have it deleted. One thing stands apart from all of that: the camera footage during a workout. It is processed on your phone itself and does not go to the cloud, so no video of you is sent or kept. If you want out entirely, you delete your account in the app's settings and all data is gone within 30 days.
